to the moment we die...
our breath is with us.
It probably knows us better than anyone. But how much attention do we really give it? Sure it gives us oxygen, but that's only one of its many functions. It's also a valuable resource for vitality, creativity, emotional regulation, and intuition.

In my classes, we take a freeing approach to breath work inviting breath, sensation, and movement to enter into a kind of improv with one another. We let go of the need to "get it right" and give over to flow, letting trust and curiosity lead us to whatever wants to happen next. With simple offers and gentle guidance, we explore what it means to listen to the breath exactly as it is and let it take the wheel to help our systems regulate.
It never ceases to surprise me what all becomes available when we simply give ourselves the time and patience to let the dialogue begin.
